Neurology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Job description:
-Experience conducting thorough neurological examinations
-Creating a treatment plan tailored to the needs of the patient
-Managing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
(MRIs and CT scans)
-Providing education for patients on neurological conditions
-Effective communication and collaboration with patients as well as other providers, and support staff.
-Openness to new methods of treating patients.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
-Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
-Experience with Botox injections for migraine is a plus
-This is a 4 day per week position, if a 5 day per week position is desired, the salary will be proportionate to the increase in work time.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program / Master’s degree from an accredited PA program
- Active Colorado state license and active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification

Neurology Physical Therapist
Job Description:
Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of neurological conditions in a calm, focused, one on one environment. You’ll work closely with our in-house neurology team, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care.
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled interventions for diagnoses such as stroke, TBI, SCI, MS, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular disorders, migraines, peripheral neuropathy, and other neurological conditions
- Deliver 60 minute one-on-one sessions focused on gait training, balance retraining, neuromuscular re-education, functional mobility, and patient- specific goals
- Collaborate directly with neurologists and clinic staff to ensure cohesive,
interdisciplinary care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and long-term management
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with clinic standards
- Participate in program development and contribute to a positive, team- oriented culture
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active state PT license (or eligible) in Colorado
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred; strong interest in neurology required
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a one-on-one, relationship driven model
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a neurology team
